- Jason Edelen and Jim Burnett would tie for 2nd place, with 2nd place determined by the tiebreaker score
- Raj Basavaraju would get his money back for finishing last
If West Virginia and Alabama win…
- Mike Geffel and Mark Lemon would be tied for 1st with 24 points
- 1st and 2nd place would be determined by the tiebreaker score
- Raj Basavaraju would get his money back for finishing last
If Clemson and LSU win…
- Jason Edelen and Jim Burnett would be tied for 1st with 25 points

If Clemson and Alabama win…
- Fred Heffner would win the pool with 24 points

- Micki Schwartz would get his money back for finishing last
